A family of four living in a home on Potrero Hill needed to covert their garage level into additional living space. Two options were presented, one offering a living area with a kichenette and another offering a large bedroom. Both options take advantage of underutilized storage space, maintaining a garage while providing the family with opportunities to realize the full potential of thier home.

The family enjoys being actively engaged in projects, so Shelterwerkes was able to cater their services in a way that kept design and schedule flexibility a top priority. The result was to provide a level of service that was neither not enough nor too much of what the family needed to realize their project.
